Abstract
  • I'm Issai Aquino Sotelo, Student Lead III at the Office of the Registrar. Inspired by my mother's pursuit of higher education while raising a family, I've embraced leadership with a focus on respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. I manage scheduling, facilitate bi-weekly meetings, and actively support my colleagues, ensuring a harmonious work environment. Currently, I'm enhancing my mentorship through training and leading projects like the student employee wall to promote community. Committed to continuous improvement, I leverage my position to foster a respectful and supportive office culture, preparing me for future leadership roles in educational settings.

    As a dedicated Student Lead at the Office of the Registrar, I bring a lifetime of honed communication skills to enhance team dynamics and promote inclusivity. Through leading with respect, listening actively, and managing conflicts with professionalism; these foundational skills to lead bi-weekly meetings, promote inclusivity, and practice active listening to support colleagues discreetly.
