The Changemakers Challenge is the capstone experience of the Newton Leadership Fellows program. Over one immersive weekend, students worked in teams to tackle a real-world challenge impacting education and develop a leadership-driven solution.

This experience is modeled after the International Leadership Association Student Case Competition. As part of this challenge, students applied everything they've learned this year—leadership, communication, teamwork, innovation, and civic engagement—to a complex societal issue.
