Abstract
  • This portfolio represents my work from the Critical Dialogic Pedagogy Micro-credential, a 10-week workshop series offered by CU Dialogues at the University of Colorado Boulder. Throughout this micro-credential, I had the chance to reflect on what it really means to bring dialogue into learning spaces using practical strategies and structured approaches, especially in STEM, where discussion and personal connection often take a back seat to theory and problem sets. Through hands-on activities, personal reflection, and collaborative work, I explored how to make classrooms more inclusive, human-centered, and rooted in equity. This experience helped me better understand my own positionality and how it shapes the way I show up as a future educator. The artifacts I have included, namely my discussion commitments, question redesign, and personal growth reflection, represent different points in that journey and remind me to create space for curiosity, vulnerability, and critical thinking in the classroom.
