This project supports cultural adjustment and inclusion by providing a resume workshop specifically focused for international students (but open to all students). The resume workshop promotes inclusion by providing an opportunity to interact with their peer group. It also supports cultural adjustment by providing education on how the hiring process works in the United States, and a change in mindset with regards to the approach to use in a job search.
