Abstract
  • This project outlines a plan for pair of learning activities (in-class activity + homework)  designed to increase students' sense of belonging and relevance in a course (Introduction to Ancient Greek Philosophy) that has minimal opportunities for reflecting diversity in course content.  The learning activities do this by inviting students to leverage their unique identities and reflect on the strengths doing so brings to their engagement in philosophy.
