- Abstract
This literature review focuses on the media's impact on 3 Colorado mass shootings including Columbine, the Aurora Theater, and Table Mesa King Soopers. The text examines the media's impact on the victims and the factors that take part whilst covering mass shootings, as well as examining ethical flaws in journalism amongst these 3 mass shootings. The literature review focuses on the flaws in the media in order to better understand how to better move forward when covering mass shootings, while also understanding it can be a lose-lose scenario.
