------------------- GENERAL INFORMATION ------------------- 1. Title of Dataset: Atmotube Dataset 2. Authors: Aniya K. Hollo, Shelly Miller 3. Contact information: shelly.miller@colorado.edu 4. Date of data collection: May to June 2022; October to November 2022 -------------------------- SHARING/ACCESS INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Licenses/restrictions placed on the data: None 2. Links to publications that cite or use the data: Not Available 3. Links to other publicly accessible locations of the data: Not Available 4. Recommended citation for the data: Hollo, A., Miller, S., (2024). Atmotube Dataset. University of Colorado Boulder, https://doi.org/10.25810/ctfe-dd61. --------------------- DATA & FILE OVERVIEW --------------------- 1. File List: CSV files for all the participants are enclosed in the Cohort and Colocation folders. A. Filename: ATM_Cohort1_Rawdata B. Filename: ATM_Cohort2_Rawdata C. Filename: ATM_Colocation1_Rawdata D. Filename: ATM_Colocation2_Rawdata 2. Relationship between files: Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 dataset was used to report the real-life exposure concentration for the participants. Colocation 1 and Colocation 2 dataset was used for performing correlation analysis with CDPHE sensor dataset. One or two monitors used by the participants had issues with data upload so the corresponding dataset for these monitors could contain blank values. 3. Software-specific information: The file size could be too large to open these files via Excel so the use of data processing software such as Python, R, or Matlab is recommended. ----------------------------------------- DATA-SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR files: ----------------------------------------- 1.
